SP1 will indeed install 99% of all previous updates. This is nice in that there is 
much less opportunity for a corrupted file to sneak in and cause you nightmares for 
months. 
**Remember to read the destructions first**
There is a command to run later on once you are satisfied with your SP1 update that 
removes the Roll Back files. This is a big chunk of HD space and eventually you will 
want it back.
