The last two times the BSOD appeared, the codes were - 

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

technical information 0x000000D1 (0x807E4B02, 0x00000002, 0x00000008, 0x807E4B02) 

Signey.sys Ass 807E4B02 base at 807D3000, Datestamp 4537a33c
