I thought the adapter was something I had installed myself, so when couldn't find out anything about it, I took the rash step of un-installing it. according to information located AFTER I uninstalled it, it's the Microsoft ISATAP device Inter Site Automatic Tunnelling Address Adress Protocol, used to help enterprises transition to anIPv6 infrastructure, and encapsulates IPv6 traffic over an IPv4 infrastructure. I have no idea what to do next. thought I'd be able to find it and install it again, but I can't. System Diagnostics Report shows that Device is not working properly; Windows cannot load the required device drivers. A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly. The device, Microsoft ISATAP Adapter, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr31" In the device manager it had a yellow exclamation mark next to it, and i tried updating the drivers, but it said i already had the best one. That is when i uninstalled it thinking when i restarted that it would find it and reinstall it, but it didn't......;-( Also, I have windows vista. Can someone help me please? Thanks bunches in advance!!! ;-)
