I hope the link "Speedfan" gave you what you needed. Windows has never offered any
kind of built in temperature reporting software because that is a function of the
motherboard that is inside your box and they can not support every different kind
of service on the market. And they keep changing. If "Speedfan" does not work for
you go to the manufacturer of you motherboard/computer and see if they offer any
such software. If this is a branded machine such as Dell, HP, ... as long as you
keep it clean, the vents not blocked, and preferably not in an excessively hot room
you should have little need to worry. I say this as not too many people try to OC
a Dell!
