Just go to taskbar and start menu properties and uncheck "use personalized menus"....Open
taskbar and start menu properties in control panel, click on start menu tab, click
on customize for whatever start menu you are using(vista or classic) and down under
where it says "advanced start menu items" uncheck "use personalized menu". Now all
your programs will be visible at once.
