after 20 minutes computer goes offline

Just got a new vista system replacing XP in small office hooked up to internet through
netgear router...after about 20 minutes the system disconnects from the internet
and will not connect till I reboot the system? Have a 98 box on the same router and
it stays connected all the time???? any idea's??
