That is, if you downloaded the .EXE to your desktop, simply copy it to a network share and voila! Windows XP SP2 no longer warns you about the publisher... Now, if yo copy that file back into your desktop, Windows XP SP2 still doesn't warn you about the publisher. It seems to have been forgotten about the fact that the files was downloaded... A bug in Windows XP SP2 security? What a surprise...
