Hoping that at least it is working now. My internet connection is still extremely slow, and will have to look into other possibilities. Have run Spybot, Norton and both cannot find a problem. Thinking perhaps something is missing in registry, but that's simply a guess from a "not very smart" PC user. Is there a program that can fix registry errors....?
