Hello, I have windows vista and can easily zip/compress files by right clicking on the files I wish to compress, then choosing send to from the drop down list. My granddaughter has a new computer with Vista, and when she does the same thing to zip files she needs to send to her tutor, she gets a new file with different coloured books with a belt around them. One of the 'books' contains all the files from her computer. I am assuming that this is an archive file - my zip file shows a folder with a zip up it. What can she do to ensure that she can zip rather than archive the files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
