I have a question about Use Multiple Languages on a Single System:

I have an Acer e625 running Vista bought in Turkey where I live. Unfortunately it was setup in Turkish. I need to change the language to English but cannot follow the Turkish dialogue boxes even with the help of goole translate. How can I change it or can I change it? Maybe I simply have to dump it and install Ubuntu???
