Thanks for the suggestion but I don't have anything other than the "Change keyboard" option [in Turkish]. The install/uninstall language button isn't there. Apparently this is because no optional languages are yet installed. I tried to follow the Microsoft LIP installation to install English language pack, but in the language options they give me, English isn't included. According to how all the other laguage installations work, what I really need is a link to the location of the English language pack so that I can download and run it as all language packs are free.
