I have upgraded to Internet Explorer 8, and since that time have had some problems. Now it seems that the program has added a protected startup page which I cannot change. I tried to change back to blank page with the Tools option, but that does not work. I keep getting a message that the program cannot display the web page. And suggestions as to how I can get rid of this and go back to my simple blank page startup?
