HP Compac Labtop system is slow Monday, June 8, 2009 at 4:13 pm Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Marty (23 messages posted) I have a HP Compac labtop with Vista that is 2 years old, it seems to take along time to boot up, I have AVG anti virus on it and I've run defrag on it. The Hardrive has plenty of space and I can't figure out why it takes so long to boot up. Is there any programs (free or otherwise) that would help this system work faster?
