Just surfing around I find that (possibly even you) another post on this issue. It
seems that the file in question belongs to Stopzilla. Their comment was that there
was possibly a faulty install or uninstall that left traces of the program behind.
Third party junk is responsible for 99% of all MS problems. Only deal with reputable
well documented companies and vendors. Yes I have a problem with companies that have
to used childish names and cuitzy little pictures of a dinosaur etc. Cheep advertising
and promotion. Also Document you work on the machine such as installs and Uninstalls.
You can start to track when things happen.
