You've several problems here.
I'd cut out the rants, post each as a separate thread, give as much information as
you can - then it will be much easier you help you.
On the cutting/pasting issue, are you pasting into Word or Works ?
I ask because I've only ever seen that nessage when pasting into Works, and
if so you may like to read through this
