I can appreciate you not desiring to eliminate the UAC. Especially when working on 
a network environment. The events of this last week should be a warning to all users 
about the need for proper security. That being said, if it is indeed the UAC that 
is causing the prompt there is little you can do and still keep it. If it is the 
network environ which I think it probably is you might try sending a request to the 
Administrator for him/her to create a signed cert. Even in the newer Office series 
(2007) the individual user can create a cert for personal items like Data Bases and 
even in the larger spectrum there have been available for quite some time now the 
ability to apply an in house cert. from either software they must purchase or services 
that create the cert. for you. This may seem extreme but if this is software that 
the company has put on it's own network then there should be no issue for them to 
refuse to comply.
