Multi language Friday, July 10, 2009 at 4:35 am Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Marina (152 messages posted) I bought a new computer with Vista Home Premium. I wanted to change the keyboard to another languare but the only language the computer has is English. How can I optain a multi language for my computer? According to the help MUI has to be install in the computer. I saw a file mui where in the file is a file DISPSPEC that is empty, and another file o4o9 with an Application Extension: Mscorees.dll. I cannot believe that Vista would not have the multilanguage while a window 98 the first computer I purchased had it and also the last one Window xp. Any response will be appreciated.
