I understand that Windows Vista has a built-in program for saving and restoring partition
images to an external hard disk drive. The problem is this. Most laptops and branded
desktops which has Windows Vista (With its service pack 1 integrated) pre-installed
does not come with installation DVD of Windows Vista (With its service pack 1 integrated).
If I borrow someone who has an installation DVD of Windows Vista (Without any service
pack integrated), boot from that DVD, and use the System Restore function in it to
restore the partition image saved on the external hard disk drive, will I encounter
any problem in restoring partition image afterwards?
