Contact your manufacturer about your machine specifically, concerning the proper
restoration procedure. You should not have to borrow anyone else's disk for the restoration
at all. There are a couple of minor fixes you could use one for, but not for that
purpose. If you have to use the DVD to get to the restoration, things might be too
far gone already. You can get an authorized restoration DVD from your manufacturer
if needed and it will have all of the basic drivers and etc. for your particular
needs.
