Norton's removal tool still does not get rid of it completely. It's likely there'll 
still be lots of registry entries leftover, so some registry editing is in order.

Revo Uninstaller would be just the application for this task, but it's probably too 
late if you've already removed it via A/R. It not only runs the uninstaller but gets 
rid of all leftovers in both registry and on hard disk. It's quite safe in that you 
must select the results and choose to delete yourself. It's exellent!
