It is not designed to do that by any natural setup I am aware of though. I would suggest bring it up at MS "TechNet" and possible at "Techrepublic". These guys are more capable of finding where and dictating events by managing the registry. And that is where you would have to do it, I'm 95% sure. Be careful though as that is dangerous to mess with. Make sure you backup your entire registry before making any changes.
