I would first find out if the noise is from the computer or the computer stand. Both
have fans and other parts that could make noise! these cooling stands for computers
are build, in most cases, rather cheep and I have no doubt that it could be making
noises. I would talk to the manufacturer of you machine about the battery issue.
Some of these have a history of battery failure and possible burning the operator
or causing a fire. The lithium battery technology is still young and there are possible
failures yet within the industry. Even major named manufacturers have had problems
with these. The same for the system failing due to a battery shutdown. The system
should shut itself down before a catastrophic failure happens. Thats is unless you
have in some way overridden the battery shutdown protocols! Bottom line is you need
to contact the dealer or manufacturer and be discussing this with them.
