I got smart and searched for previous messages like this and downloaded a password
recovery program suggested in that thread.
I'll have her try that, and see if it works. I tried on my XP and it worked like
a charm. Now, if it will only work on her Vista home basic.
Now, if someone thinks this is a virus...please post here. Otherwise, thanks for
a great site!
