I've recently had troubles shutting down my computer and connecting to the internet. I'm clueless as to what the problem could be? I've ran all the spyware/virus/malware programs I have on my computer. I have avast, spybot, superantispyware, spyware blaster, malwarebytes - and they all come up clean. When my computer wont shut down I am forced to turn it off by pushing the power button and when I restart I get this error message Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 9f BCP1: 00000003 BCP2: 86679030 BCP3: 86676320 BCP4: 8E3FB790 OS Version: 6_0_6002 Service Pack: 2_0 Product: 768_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini080609-01.dmp C:\Users\Fleischer\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-2899902-0.sysdata.xml C:\Users\Fleischer\AppData\Local\Temp\WER6C4A.tmp.version.txt I also seem to be having a lot of trouble connecting to the internet. I first thought it was my ISP but now Im beginning to think the two are related, since they both started happening at the same time, about a week ago. Any suggestions? Please and thank you!
