I click on the recycle bin and the menu shows a command that I cannot delete or edit, even though the program it refers to is uninstalled. When I try to delete it,it say's that I am not allowed to,even though I am the Administrater. Is there a way that I can alter the menu and get rid of the unwanted command. It belonged to a defrag program from c.net
