One of the first things that could very well be causing you issues is that you have 
a lot of malware programs  (it sounds like) installed and/or running all at once. 
ONLY have one of each type. spy/spam/firewall. These multiple programs tend to argue 
with each other. Next if that doesn't cure your machine you should find near the 
bottom of the "Blue Screen" something similar to;

Stop    0X00000?? 

that stop code is what we normally need to find the problem.
