Windows Vista:
1. Boot from original DVD
2. Select "Repair Your Computer"
3. Under "Recovery Options" Type "Command Prompt"
4. Key in: bootrec /fixboot and or bootrec /fixmbr
Windows XP:
1. Boot from original Disk
2. Select "Recovery Console"
3. key in: bootcfg /rebuild
4. key in: fixboot and or fixmbr
