FAST Hardlock Driver Monday, August 10, 2009 at 10:55 am Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Roger Ward (3 messages posted) I have a laptop running Windows Vista Ultimate and I have installed a DOS based program (MPro) which runs perfectly well on Windows 95, 98 and XP. However even though I have set the compatibility features for the program to = XP, when I try and run it a dos prompt window appears. After about a minute I get an error warning which states "Cannot find ///FAST Hardlock Driver!". I click OK and the program starts. Any ideas how to overcome the problem like bypassing the request for the Hardlock driver? Roger Dodger.
