Also there are some vendors that label and set the native clock rate at a lower speed 
and force you to run it in an overclocked mode to achieve the 'advertises' buss rate. 
These guys may have some reason for their confidence of the advertised clock, but 
I'll bet they set it at the lower rate and for good reason. Is this false advertising? 
Probably, but I see more and more of it and if this is the case (I'll bet $1 on it) 
no one has filed a complaint with the FTC so they continue to get away with it.

Also remember that the buss speed is not the same as the clocks (5-5-5-20). Those 
are apples and oranges.
