I am using Vista 64 os, and I wanted to use a freeware picture editor called Gimp
for Windows(Linux based). The download page warn that the 64 bit version is still
very new, and to use at your own risk. I would like to use the 32 bit version until
the bugs have been worked out. Is there any issues that I should be aware of before
running this 32 bit software? Will it work? Will performance be different? Gimp
is an excellent program, and worked well under XP 32 bit. Maybe I should just wait
for Win 7 and then make a choice. I am now using Google Picasa. It seems OK, but
Gimp does so much more. Any suggestions?
