The 64 bit OS should run your 32 bit software and hardly know the diff. Your machine 
is currently running lots of 32 bit stuff on it already. You could most likely even 
run 16 bit software if it had a 32 bit installer. That is the main encumbrance. You 
just can't run 64 bit software on a 32 bit OS. This is going to be a slight speed 
difference, but the average user will never see it.
