Getting laptop power management settings?

My laptop has the three builtin settings (Balanced, Power Saver and High Performance)
and a fourth one which is activated when I press an "ECO" button on the case.

Is there anyway of getting a list of what the power settings are without going through
the advanced power settings menu and writing down all the values?

Note :- pressing the "ECO" button DOES NOT change the power profile, it stays as
the one that is set but it changes the individual settings (brighness, theme / window
title transparency etc) so it would have to be a way of dumping out the current settings.
