When I push the scan button, the program attempts to start. The software shows up on my desktop but does not open all the way. It's almost as if my computer does not have enough power to fully open it... I spent a an hour so with the HP tech worker, and in the end all they said was to do a system restore to see if that works... But if you can think of any other options, please let me know.
