What new updates or programs were installed in the time between then and now? What 
kind of network is it and how are you connecting to it? have you tried anything else 
other than what you list? And incidentally I would dump the registry speedup/cleaner 
junk, they are all snake oil that never help much and can do quite a bit of harm.
