If you or some other factor has disabled the Admin account there isn't any help there.
If yo simply do not know how to access the Safe mode, during the first few seconds
of the actual 'Windows' boot process press the power button and crash it intentionally.
You will be asked if you wish to use safe mode the next time you start. Not all machines
have a F key that directly accesses safe mode. If there is not other resource any
GOOD shop will have a program that can reset the password back to blank. There is
a professional reset tool for this that a quality vendor will have. I would avoid
using the popular Linux programs. You don't know where it has been and who has altered
it in a bad way. IF yo call around to shops ask them if they use the Linux program.
It will give you a good idea of what kind of business they run.
