It would seem that you had installed something that did not clear it's installation
and or did not delete the boot up finalization to that install. This is not uncommon.
The easiest way I know is to go to the start Orb and in the "Run" box type MSconfig.
From there look in the start up tab and you will probably be able to see something
that has some of the same wording or locations as your offender. If not un-check
all of the startup items and reboot rechecking a few at a time till you find it.
Once found you can more logically approach how to eliminate it.
