If not, something you are running or starting up yourself would have to trigger it if it is not run via the setup files. If it is in safe mode I can not imagine what it would be. It does not act like a normal virus or I would suspect that. You need to isolate what is triggering it first. Unless you can otherwise identify it and where it is residing.
