Is this drive part of an Enterprise configuration? Is it Vista compatible? Do you have the correct Drivers? Is it SAS, SCSI, or SATA? Is it configured correctly, things such and read/write cache being turned on. Does it support it's own memory and is that all well in place and checked out.
