The only way to do that is to reformat hard drive. There are a few options to do this based on what make and model pc you have and how old it is. First is to use the set of recovery discs that were made (if) they were made by the original owner. If that's a no go, then depending on pc make, pressing the f10 or the f11 key, tapping one of those keys after a restart should reformat pc from the protected partition of hard drive where the os, drivers and software that originally came with pc. HP pc's use the F11 key. In vista you'll see a blue screen at boot up and in the four corners of the screen you'll see some fkey options. F10, F2. F11 and esc. The last option is to order a set from manufacuter but doing this will only give you the OS and a website to download drivers, the software that came with the PC you'll be SOL on that's because it's a deal that the PC manufacuter made with all the software companies.
