The same basic steps are there, kill the firewalls, make sure they can ping, make 
sure workgroups are the same, shared files are shared ect. I have noticed no huge 
differences from XP myself. Anything more direct than that will require us to ask 
questions about your setup, we have no magic wands here, only our skills and we need 
information to use them.
