I have a question about Remove the Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant (ClickOnce) Firefox Extension:

I followed the directions exactly and they were relatively straight forward on how to do this except for the last step. When I clicked on firefox, the Microsoft.Net thing was still in my add on selections, although it said it was disabled. What do I do now?
