The only thing is that I do not trust any of them as they tend to cause more problems than they fix. A couple of possible answers might be MS's own Live OneCare BETA on-line free. This one being made by MS themselves is a little better as they know their own produce. Secondly is use any of the ones available that let you look over the errors they find and see if you can discover a solution. This would be very iffy at best. I am not a fan of telling people to re-install but yo may be one case that this turns out to be the best and fastest answer.
