windows vista update Friday, November 13, 2009 at 7:52 pm Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by dave the dude (1 messages posted) I have an HP Pavilion laptop with Vista Home Premium. Lately, it has been trying to install 14 updates when I shut down, but stalls at 5 of 14. I have let it sit and run for 3 hours and nothing changes, so I end up having to force a shutdown. What might be causing this? Any ideas out there?
