Hi,
Does it correct itself after a restart?
If not, then while your are with your desktop showing, press ctrl+alt+del to bring
up your task manager.
Under the 'application' tab, press new task
Then type cmd.exe
under dos prompt, type sfc /scannow
It checks the integrity of system files and helps to correct the corrupt files
