Not sure there is such a thing by that name in Vista, but I did start IE8, click
on Internet Options, Connections and Setup. I was told "I am already connected to
the internet". Of course I am and Firefox works fine as does AOL, but not IE and
assorted other programs. I then click on Browse the Internet Now and get the same
"IE cannot display the webpage" message - for any site I try.
