I'm using my cousin's machine today (Vista), and he got a vicious, evil "Cyber Security" scam that has placed an icon in his system tray AND IN CONT PANEL/PROGRAMS!!! I can't uninstall it in Cont Panel, I can't close it in the system tray, and can't use Word. Just as I'm writing this, it flashed a full screen red alert that this website is dangerous! This is sickening. These monsters are so evil. I'm running Norton Internet Security now on his machine. I am deeply grateful for any help you all can give me to delete this scum. This is the best forum I've ever experienced.
