I have a laptop (Toshiba Satellite L500) with Windows Vista Home Premium op. system, connected to a PLUSTEK PS 286 scanner which, according to its specs, supports ADF duplex scanning. Although I tried two different S/W applications that support ADF duplex scanning, namely eDocXL V.4.6.2.2 and Presto! Page Manager 7.10, duplex scanning could not work. However, it seems to work with Windows XP Is this a problem of Windows Vista? (I read some articles on the Internet about it). If yes, is there a patch available that can fix the problem?
