Notification banner Friday, November 20, 2009 at 5:08 pm Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by jmcglade (66 messages posted) When I hit the start button a banner comes up to let me know all programs can not be seen on the first panel. Unfortunately it blocks programs on the first panel and I have to wait till it fades away if my program of choice is blocked. How can I turn off this notification.
