HP a6130n, Vista home prem., nvidia GE Force 8600...I cannot for the life of me get
the initial boot screens to come up on my 'ilo' 32" lcd tv. The tv is a cheap walmart
generic, but it is connected using the normal monitor 'scsi' cord. I had to plug
into a normal crt to get it setup...now all is good, but if I want to run chkdsk
or get into the F8 'boot' screens, I get a beautiful green and black screen that
flickers and shows the text, but the text is not readable enough to make the correct
selections.
Is there a way to change the resolution for the default video driver that loads so
that I can get to the 'F8' screens? I've googled, searched the HP site, and now
I turn to you pros for a resolution. Thanks. Matt
