I have a question about Remove the Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant (ClickOnce) Firefox Extension:  I followed the directions for removal and when I click on "extensions"  I have nothing to chose from that resembles the need to "Delete the value named {20a82645-c095-46ed-80e3-08825760534b}"  I have a DEFAULT, a COMPONENTS and a PLUGINS to choose from and neither of which I can delete even when I tried.  I can't seem to get this darn thing off.  Any suggestions?  Thank-you
